No. We dont recommend a refrigerator or freezer for storing Soyfee. Store a room-temperature in a cool, dry place. Unopened bags of Soyfee can last up to a year since they are vacuum packed and nitrogen-flushed. We recommend using opened bags within 2 weeks as oxygen tends to degrade quality.
Can soyfee be used as an instant?
No. Soyfee is a gourmet beverage. When brewed it has a full-bodied rich taste that cannot be duplicated in an instant. You can prepare Soyfee in a drip brew coffee maker. If you are entertaining guest, we also recommend using perculators.

Where can I get more information about caffeine.
An excellent resource is the Caffeine Awareness Alliance website (www.CaffeineAwareness.org). You'll find information on the dangers of caffeine dependency and intoxication. There is a short quiz and informative video available as well.
We highly recommend the Truth About Caffeine by Marina Kushner, publisher by SCR Books. It exposes caffeine’s darker side that scientist know but that the beverage, confectionary & pharmaceutical industries have tried to suppress. Caffeine is a highly addictive drug, does not offer any nutritional value and has not been proven safe. Epidemiological, clinical and laboratory studies link caffeine to heart disease, pancreas cancer, bladder cancer, hypoglycemia and central nervous system disorders. It's available on our website.
