It is part of Cajun culture that even the smallest toddlers get coffee in the morning. Admitedly, it tends to be mostly hot milk and sugar with enough coffee for color and flavor, but at age 2, I was quaffin'. Coffee does play with my stomach, in my current old age, and it took me a long time to find a suitable substitute. I pay a pretty penny for my Soyfee, but it is the only stuff I've found that meets my high standards. Something about that "cuppa" experience that is part of being human...

Soyfee tastes just like coffee without the caffeine. And it comes in flavors or plain. This has been a big help to my husband in staying off coffee. I have to tell you, even I think it tastes like coffee. We like 'house blend'. But do withdraw from the caffeine gradually as the other email recommended. Don't even try to go from 1/2 a cup to none. Go down to 1/4 cup or even less.
This Soyfee will not help with withdrawal. Its just a replacement if you miss coffee.

Well, I bought some of that soyfee. I expected it to be awful. I had no hope. Served it to a friend. I'm rather impressed actually. Not coffee, but way better than I'd hoped.

Recent unsolicited excerpts from a message board which serves as a resource for those afflicted with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
It's absolutely fabulous stuff, truly as good as real coffee. And I'm REALLLY fussy! I have about 4 cups every morning, and I like knowing I'm doing something good for my body. Drinking 4 cups of soy is a good thing -- especially when you're menopausal and off HRT.
Yippeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!! I just made my first pot of Soyfee and it was AMAZING. It tastes so much like coffee that if someone were to serve it to me at their home, I would never guess it was anything but coffee. I am even having a fake caffeine buzz here, even though I know there is no caffeine. I am SO HAPPY.I am just so happy about SOYFEE. Every sad ex-coffee drinker must try this stuff. Yum!
Soyfee does not contain any of the GI triggers found in traditional coffee, so your tummy should be much happier on this than on regular coffee. As an addicted coffee drinker from age 12 (no joke) I never thought I would be able to kick the habit, but the headaches and irritability were over in about a week, and it's so nice to have a healthy tummy again. I am loving this Soyfee and I hope you'll give it a try!
......However, it really boils down to personal preference. If you really crave the TRUE taste of coffee, then you will be disappointed with Teeccino. I had a 42-year addiction to strong black coffee -- no flavored stuff for me! -- and Teeccino most definitely did not come close. However, I did discover SoyFee! OMG! This stuff tastes EXACTLY like coffee -- EXACTLY. SoyFee is made by Soy Coffee Roasters in New York City, and they offer many flavors: Original Roast, Dark Roast, House Blend, Almond Amaretto, Mocha, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Chai. I've tried the Original Roast, Dark Roast, and Mocha. So far, my fave is Original Roast -- but I have an order coming for the French Vanilla, Chai and House Blend. I have a feeling House Blend might be my new fave.
One gal on the Boards here liked the French Vanilla best, while another gal preferred Dark Roast. It's just personal preference.
However, the bottom line is: IT TASTES AND SMELLS JUST LIKE REAL COFFEE! I SOOOOO love this stuff. I drink it all the time. It is totally AMAZING. It AIDS DIGESTION, lowers blood cholesterol levels, promotes gastrointestinal health, prevents bone loss and slows the advancement of osteoporosis, promotes healthy menopause (yaay!), fights heart disease, promotes healthy prostrate, and PREVENTS CANCER, PARTICULARLY COLON, rectal, and breast cancer!
Now tell me, what else could you possibly ask for?
Thanks for suggesting the Soyfee. I received my order yesterday and brewed a pot last night. I liked it much better than the Rocamojo. It definitely tastes like real coffee. And I had 2 cups with no problem! For some reason, the Rocamojo always caused me to have small attacks. I only used to have one cup of coffee a day, but that's the thing I have missed most since starting this diet. Thanks again!
I'm having a cuppa right now. Damn it's good! Really, I was thinking to myself, "Self, this is BETTER than any cup of real coffee I've ever had!" And you know, it doesn't get bitter in the pot as it sits on the burner like real coffee does. And I love the smell of it brewing first thing in the morning; it fills the whole house. I take my first cup outside on the balcony with me and the puppy dog, and I sit out there, sipping away, watching the morning sun come up..... You'll LOVE it! My favorite flavor is Original Roast.
NO MORE COFFEE! It's a killer! I totally empathize with you, because I had a 42-year addiction. Heather got me to go cold turkey last December, and I've been craving it ever since. But just last month I discovered SoyFee! Girlfriend, I gotta tell ya, it tastes every bit as good as THE BEST cuppa joe you've ever had in your life. I'm not exaggerating! I tried others -- don't get me started on that awful Teeccino stuff -- YUK!
SoyFee is THE BEST, absolutely positively, hands down THE BEST cuppa coffee you've ever had. It's not coffee though, it's all soy.
I got my Soyfee today at New Life Health Centers about 30 miles from my house. I got Original Roast. I just got home at 8pm and I have already had 3 cups and am thinking of having another. I absolutely LOVE it! I don't know which flavor to try next!

I stumbled onto it at the Chico Natural Foods Store in Chico, Ca. I'm hoping I can get my Natrual foods store to carry it here in Quincy, Ca. I have long been looking for a coffee alternative and tried many different kinds. This is the best I have tasted. I stumbled onto it and thought okay I'll give it a try. I am so glad I did. I have to drive 80 miles to get Soyfee but it is worth it to me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much. I will be telling everyone I know about your product and try to get my Natural Foods store to carry it.

This is my seond order and I really wanted you to know that I am enjoying Soyfee Dark Roast. I am down to one caffeine cup a day after years of excess, and I feel great. I haven't decided whether or not to give up coffee, but I always have Soyfee instead of Decaf coffee and it is a wonderful beverage not just a substitute. Thanks.

Actually I am just emailing to say thank you so much for this great product. This "coffee" is so good! It is an answer to my prayers! It really taste just like coffee. I had to stop drinking coffee 15 years ago due to IBS. I've tried all other coffee substitutes and they were awful. I just discivered Soyfee and I was excited to try it. It is truly amazing!! I love it!! I love that it has all the great taste and none of the health problems. I will enjoy this product forever. Thank you!!

I've never been much of a coffee drinker, and knew it wasn't healthful, anyhow. Mainly only had a cup, occasionally, with a donut or piece of pie. When I tried Soyfee, I could hardly believe it wasn't the real deal, only much better! I actually like this stuff! I'm trying the Hazelnut, but I'm sure they're all good flavors. I'm having a cup or two everyday, now. I'll be talking to the person who runs our local healthfood store and ask if they can't carry it. This should get more exposure so the public knows there is such a teriffic product to replace coffee without tasting like a substitution!

I wanted to take a minute to show my appreciation to your company for your wonderful product "Soyfee". In all the years that I've attempted to assist people off the caffeine and acid burden of regular coffee, I've never had as much success as I do now.
Being able to give people a satisfying and good tasting alternative makes dropping the coffee habit easy. As an alternative care practitioner, I know the greatest gift to someone who is adrenal gland depleted (stress glands)is to be able to remove the coffee burden. Anyone who is in an acidic state, full of those aches, pains and degenerative diseases benefits from removing the acidic load from coffee.
Needless to say, a lot of us can benefit from your product. Thank you for making it available.
Yours in good health,
Dr. Collings - Philadephia, PA

Those looking to get more soy in their diets should check out www.soycoffee.com. "Soyfee" is organic, caffeine free, and gluten free. What is not free of, surprisingly, is taste. Yes, I definitely knew I wasn't drinking coffee while I sipped my Hazelnut Soyfee, but I did enjoy it. There's an almost creamy taste to this blend, which I drank black. If you're not sure that soy coffee is right for you, peruse the soycoffee.com site. It's full of information on the benefits of adding soy to your diet. It may not convince to you to purge yourself of caffeine, but it is an interesting read. Soy Coffee offers seven blends. The Original and Dark roasts are sold in 10-oz packages for $9.95. The House blend and flavored soyfees (French Vanilla, Almond Amaretto, Mocha, and Hazelnut) are sold in 10-oz packages for $10.95.
Certainly, our brick and mortar coffee houses are not going anywhere. We'll always have our funky chairs, hodgepodge art, and backgammon gurus keeping guard as we sip our lattes, read poetry, and tap away at our laptops. But if you want that coffee house taste at home and the intimacy of knowing your coffee guy, check out this site.

First, I want to say, if I had to hand out an award for the best creative alternative product ever produced, ever...it would be soyfee. You guys are genius. I love soyfee better than any gormet coffee product. Since I can't drink coffee, you have filled a void that surpasses coffee. My biggest fear has become you will stop making it. Thank you for being brilliant. I have turned two people on to it that are now hooked also and one is a coffee drinker. She has switched over if you can believe it! I hope you guys have an aggressive marketing campaign. This product is important. Now for business, next year I am opening an Inn/Resort in Vermont. I want to offer soyfee at the Inn. Do you work with companies to supply your product to them? If so, would the pricing be different.

All I can say is WOW! I haven't had a cup of coffee in 3 years since I was diagnosed with acid reflux disease (GERD) in college (the worst time to go coffee-free). Many people don't realize that it's not just the caffeine that's bad for your stomach, but also the coffee bean itself! I randomly decided to do an internet search for acid-free coffee last week, found your site, and gave it a try. I ordered the Hazelnut flavor, which used to be one of my favorites in my pre-GERD days. I made a cup and it was incredible! It tastes just like real coffee! I immediately told my peri-menopausal mother about it, and I am planning to order other flavors when this bag runs out, which should be soon! Thank you so much for creating a coffee alternative for those of us who miss the real thing.

I love soyfee! I am perimenopausal and suffer from fibromyalgia. I also have anxiety and depression. My symptoms of anxiety have worsened in the last year. I have eliminated caffeine. I have been drinking about 6 cups of soyfee a day. Thank you!

I've tried other soy coffees, most either contained artificial flavors, added sweeteners or even caffeine! I just tried your soy coffee and was quite impressed. I wanted to find out where I can purchase your products in my area (Wilmington, NC) Thanks!
How great to know of an alternative that's even healthy!

Just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful alternative to coffee. I have tried every alternative on the market and nothing was as satisfying as Soyfee. The owners of my local natural food store let me sniff the bag a few months ago and I have been hooked ever since. I drink at least one 12 oz cup a day.
I have several health problems that are irritated by caffiene, heart palpatations, PMS, ulcers, and fibrocystic breasts. I am also happy to report that I had no symptoms of PMS the last two months. I have been using several soy products most my life but never consistently, this is easy to be consistent with. I am so excited I am telling all my friends about this wonderful product and gettingthem hooked on it too.
Thanks again,

Hello Soycoffee people,
Just a few days ago I tried your soyfee for the first time and was very happily surprised. It tastes better to me than coffee. Very pleasant, full bodied with a slightly nutty quality. I'm going to sample the Hazelnut and the regular as well. Congratulations on a wonderful brew!

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying your Soycoffee! I have acid reflux disease, (GERDS) and your coffee is a godsend, plus I LIKE the taste! That, combined with no caffeine and it being good for you is just great. Thanks for a great product. Was wondering if there is any store near me that carries it... I know there are several health food stores on 72nd.
Also, is the dark roast bitter in any way? I have just original roast at this point.
Thanks again,

Dear Marina:
I have never written a testimonial before, but I had to write and let you know how wonderful your product is. Because of minor health issues I went vegetarian recently. I don't drink a lot of coffee but what I do drink I like and like it strong. When I was advised that my next step should be to stop the coffee because of the caffine I just couldn't. So when I was told about a coffee substitute I went on the web and found your site. I checked it out and ordered.
The soy coffee arrived yesterday and I have been enjoying it very much. The taste is absolutely great, full bodied and rich. I almost hate to say this, but I enjoy this much more then my regular coffee. I have spent a lot of money on "exotic" coffees looking for that perfect taste. My search has now ended!! Thank you for a great product.

Hi! I found your site on the internet.
My name is Chris. I'm very interested in soy coffee, after searching for a coffee alternative for awhile now, I'm hoping this will work for me.
I need to get off caffeine and acid in my diet because of a hiatal hernia. It will be hard for me to stop the caffeine, but I have no choice at this point.
Thanks for your response on the telephone! I went to Pauline's Health Food Store and purchased your soy coffee and I love it!! And no heartburn.
I'm going to let a couple of stores nearer to my home about Soyfee so I can purchase it regularly!!!
Thanks,
Chris N. - Freehold, NJ

I love all soy products but I also love my daily dose of Hawaiian coffee.I tried my sample of Soyfee and was very pleased.
I have now been caffeine free for 3 days and feel great. I just sent in my big order of Soyfee to stock my coffee shelf.
Thanks.

Aloha and good-bye caffeine!

To whom this may concern,
Your product is simply great! Not just "simply" but... Fantastically GREAT! I would like to know how I might become involved in getting your product (Soyfee) out into the supermarkets. There is only one place that carries your product and I have to drive twelve miles away from home everytime, to get it! I would really love to push your product to the public....I can't believe the number of people who have not heard of it! I preach about it every chance I get to make them aware.. especially about how healthy it is for you!
There are several places that I go to for grocery shopping (I am a vegetarian)... and drive out of town to get certain staples for my diet. One popular store in a campus town close by, doesn't even carry soyfee, and I was shocked! They seemed to carry everything else in the way of caffeine based coffees though... I brought it to their attention so hopefully they will contact you and start carrying it. ( I carry an empty package of your product with me and mention it to all the stores that I shop at!
I would really love to promote your product and wonder how I might become a "Demonstrator" for your company? I could go into major stores like (Wal-mart?) and do sample tastings of soyfee. Or perhaps go into some of the "Health Food Stores" that do not carry your product and introduce it to them! Get them to carry it for you....There are quite a few of them in the Illinois area that DO NOT carry your soyfee and they SHOULD! And I thought Illinois was the "Soy Capitol" of the world! You would certainly not be mis-represented.... I would definitely be a walking, talking breathing example of the healthy benefits of soy. I am totally hooked of Soyfee.... We really do need to get your product out into the public more. At least here in Illinois.
I would really love to have the opportunity to work for your company... spreading the word. We need to get this product stocked on more store shelves! Soyfee really is a much better alternative for coffee drinkers. The public needs to be enlightened.
The time is now to introduce more and more healthy foods to the public. We are certainly becoming a more health conscious society. And soy is the way to go! My favorite motto is, "There is more to soy in Illinois".
Thank you for your time
Janie Y - Chicago, IL

Very good alternative way to get your soy. I've been relying mostly on soy milk and soy nuts so this is great!

I was surprised at how good it was! I only made one pot and I think I used too little for my tastes but with some experimenting, this could certainly replace my morning decaf!
Please try to get your product to Publix stores in Florida (the closest one here is in Vero Beach, FL).
Thanks!

Love the idea of soy coffee. I've been making cold water coffee concentrate with a "toddy" maker for lots of years. (After ground coffee sits for 10 hours in a special container, then a plug from the bottom is removed and the liquid concentrated coffee drains through a special filter into another container.
Refrigerate it and treat it like instant, i.e., boil water and add it to 1/3 cup of the concentrate. Then I add about a heaping T of local honey and lots of milk (till a light coffee color). UMMM, tastes like a dessert, and great at room temperature or cold.
Would like to find a substitute for the coffee that would be as good. This may be the ticket. Check's in the mail!

I've tried the soyfee and find it very satisfying. I have had to give up coffee on a regular basis because of oteoporosis--I've even quit the decaf and will continue to use soy coffee.
I hope to get information out to our local stores soon so it can be sold here or nearby. I live between Portland and Salem, Oregon, so may have a better chance getting it in the Salem Health Food Store.

I just had to write and tell you folks I LOVE your
product! I had been weaning myself off coffee for several months (half-caf, quarter-caffeinated...) and was still drinking decaf with some caffeinated beans.I found your product in a health food store and
decided to try it. I should add here, I am one of those who likes a STRONG cup of coffee. Not much into frilly flavors, just strong, strong strong! Anyway, Ibought your mocha flavor, made it in my Melita drip carafe, real strong, several heaping spoonfuls and...wow! First sip and I was hooked! The first thought that ran through my head was:"This is the "Perfect Cup of Coffee" I have been chasing afterall my life!" It has that nice "roasty" after taste that is so hard to find in a coffee. And its not coffee!! I can't believe it. Now I only drink decaf when I am out or at the office, and even then:I miss my Soyfee! Nothing beats it. I've been drinking it for a few months now and still can't believe I have found something I like BETTER than coffee! I have been a coffee addict for over 20 years. NOTHING could get me off it, no matter how I tried. It wasn't just the caffeine it was also the TASTE. Well, now I have something that tastes way better and thats really helped me with kicking the caffeine.Thank you! Thank you! I just ordered some mocha from you directly and I also ordered some chai and look forward to trying
that as well. I have tried all the other flavors and they are all superb, though mocha is my favorite. Thanks again!
Like one person wrote you: I seldom give testimonials either,
but sure had to in this case.

I can't tell you enough how thrilled I was to try your product and have it taste so good. Recently my husband was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Two things I was determined to get rid of in his diet were sodium and caffeine. He is a man who carries a coffee mug with him all day (he's a police officer). He tried Soyfee today and even had soy milk in it (instead of his usual non-dairy creamer). He loved it!
One of his concerns when I first approached him about switching from coffee to Soyfee was that he said he liked the texture of coffee. He said Soyfee had the same smooth texture he enjoyed in coffee.
Thank you for a wonderful product.
Sincerely,
Otter P - Dallas, GA

I wanted to let you all know how much I love your product. I got the nerve up to try it. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and cannot have coffee (even decaf). I am going to recommend it to others as a healthy alternative. I was so pleasantly surprised by your product. It IS delicious!
Is there anyone in my area that sells it? I live in Bowling Green, Ky.
I wish I could sell it myself!
Thanks so much,
